We want your experience at WineGreeting.com to be easy and fun! We strive to make sure your wine is not only delicious, but also delivered in a timely and careful manner. Sometimes, through nobody's fault, the wine can get corked. That means that air has gotten into the bottle and the wine is ruined. Well, it won't taste good at all. If this happens, just let us know and we will send you a non-labeled bottle of wine. If your wine bottle was delivered to you broken, please follow up with the carrier and contact us. We will send you a labeled bottle of wine to replace it.
